It was very bother free environment.

Landlord Mr.

Deemer was a standup guy.

Never micromanages his tenants.

Gave me discount for paying regularly and also gave me interest on my direct deposit.

This never happened to me in my earlier renting experience.

Very helpful.

The place looks pretty modern based on its value.

The refrigerator was old.

But I never complained about it.

But it should be changed for the next tenant though.

Neighbors were fine, most people work during the day.

I liked the place, because it was 5 minutes away from my former office.

I will miss it.
