	I lived at Lumar Village for a few years. My experience was very positive. Maintenance was always friendly, and they always kept the grounds looking very nice. I would recommend Lumar Village to anyone looking for a quiet living community.

	A complex of life long residents, few under age 60, with no respect or consideration for the quiet enjoyment all tenants are entitled to. Little to no management support or concern.
