The lease prohibits just about everything a normal family would like to do. VERY restrictive. Staff is stuck up and useless.

No cook outs allowed, they will steal your stuff right off your porch if you have something "they" deem as a violation of their lease.

If you have a family, recommend STAY AWAY.
