Becareful you don't hit the kids!

If you're looking to living a peaceful environment and not worry about the noise factor.. this is NOT the place for you. Kids are constantly outside your windows screaming, with no parental guidance- even though the lease says there needs to be. The Maintence crew is horrible, if you can even get them to attend to the problems. Children ride out in front of cars, play by cars, play on your stoop- leaving toys and junk on your stoop... even when you dont;t have children yourself. And there are no reprcusions for their actions.
