this place sucks

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
The landlord is a liar, cheat, theif, and in general scum sucking pig.
I didn't have hot water for 6 weeks.
There are people in the bulding who still do not have hot water, it is now november.
Security is non-existant.
Chip Dolfi is just another pig just taking advantage of college students.
