This place is a ---- whole. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. The owner, Chip Dolfi is a complete -------. He is a liar, he has no money and does not fix anything if something is wrong. The building almost got condemned because he didnt pay the water and sewage bill and they were going to shut it off. Parking is bad, you can hear everything through the walls. The overall apperance is that we are living in the ghetto, section 8 housing looks nicer than this place. It is unclean, and barely livable. Construction of the place is old and outdated, nothing has been done probably since the 70's. Maintenance depends on you. You cannot get a hold of anybody to complain too or have anything fixed. The staff, what staff' This place has no staff, it is self governed by the tenants. If you complain about anything the owner, Chip Dolfi will threaten to kick you out which would be a blessing. This man is a peice of ---- and this building is almost as bad as he is, once you see this building you'll know what im talking about. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
