Don't EVER move to cross street apartments. The Landlord is a complete piece of ---- He lies and cheats people out of money. He believes he can talk and treat people like ----. If you complain you about any issues you have in your apartment or with the building you are threatened and illegally evicted. You pay your rent and nothing gets fixed. We've been threatened to be condemned because of unpaid bills towards sewage and water. we pay extra towards our rent for cable/internet and this too has been shut off multiple times in less then a week. I would love to know where my money is going because it obviously isn't going to improve or at least maintain this piece of ---- building. rumor has it and I'm not surprised that he has actually attacked a tenant. The man is a lunatic!!!! People go months without basic neccessities. He throws the lease in your face, but yet when you look at the lease you notice that HE has broken and lied throughout the lease. He doesn't maintain or keep up with the building. the staff does nothing to help and the number he gives out for contact is a joke. you can NEVER get a hold of him when a problem occurs but he can always get a hold of you when the rent is due. we are hounded for our rent each month even though our problems aren't getting fixed and the bills for the building aren't being paid. we are told that the only way we will get things fixed is if we pay and if we don't then AGAIN we are threatened with an illegal eviction. he believes he is above the law and beleives he is better then anyone. please don't move to this building it's the worst place you'll ever live. You'll be better off living on the streets of california then living at this place and if you do move in here God bless you and Good luck
