I totally agree with everyone. The reason why rent was not paid at this building is because of the things that were promised and not given. I was promised a new door, new carpet, a new fridge(that works), having the bug problem fixed, my hot water heater fixed and more. I gave this horrible man PLENTY of time to take action and fix these problems and finally I just got fed up with his Shitt. Chip Dolfi is a tool and a poor manager to be handeling this building. He is far to caught up in his fancy vacations, his dumbass yukon, and his stupid ass shorts and pennyloafers. Lets be real here, the people who posted positive things on this site probably work for this tool and dont see past the bad management and only see the money in it. The security at this building is the worst ive ever had. None of the doors are locked allowing for ANYBODY to walk in at any time. The cameras are not on, I know this for a fact. I was robbed out of thousands of dollars. Somebody kicked in my deadbolted door while I was on vacation and stole my most valuable possesions from me.
