FIRST OFF THAT WAS NOT A STUDENT, IT WAS THE PRICK HIMSELF CHIP DOLFI WHO WROTE THAT PIECE OF FICTION!
The last building manager that left with a "supposed illness" was a pycho stealing crazy woman, she went into apartments and stole peoples vaccums! She stole a total of 8. She was also a CRACK addict the new building manager even said it herself and she isn't much better, SHE WILL GO INTO YOUR APARTMENT WHENEVER SHE DAMN WELL PLEASES, THERE IS NO SAFETY OR PRIVACY IN THIS BUILDING.
IF I COULD LIVE THERE FOR FREE, I WOULD NOT! AND TO CHIP WHO CLAIMED ALL THE OTHER COMMENTS WERE MADE BY STUDENTS WHO DID NOT PAY THEIR RENT, THATS -------- B/C I PAID MY RENT BY THE SEMESTER ON TIME EVERYTIME AND I AM MAKING THIS COMPLAINT!!!! SO THERE IS YET ANOTHER LIE.
The whole building was almost kicked out because CHIP DOLFI was stealing water from the water comany and owed them 48,000 dollars!!!! And California University of Pennsylvania helped Chip pay this bill because he could not do it himself because he is a HORRIBLE BUSINESS MAN!!!
I beg you no matter how cheap it is, its not worth it to live there! I went without very basic human necessities for months in this place and thats because I already paid a semester worth and so he could have cared less because he got what he wanted, money. This man is pure scum and thinks we are just worthless kids with whom he can do whatever he wants! I MADE DAMN SURE TO NOT RENEW MY LEASE WHICH BY THE WAY HE NEVER SIGNED SO YOU HAD NO LEGAL DOCUMENT TO FIGHT HIM WITH!
