If this building was ran correctly, it would be a gold mine. But as long as Chip Dolfi is running the place, it's going nowhere. I lived here for a year and within this year, we were threatened of being condemned twice. The cable and internet was shut off twice, even though it's included in the rent. Chip does something else with the money other than use it for what is needed. His employees all stopped working because he owes them over $1,000 combined. Also supposedly it is going up for a foreclosure sale on September 4th, 2009. So I feel bad for the people that already put deposits down for this up coming year. Cause you won't see that money again. The apartments as I said could be a gold mine if Chip wasn't the owner.

Is this really true. I called the Sheriff's office (7/30) and they have nothing listed under Chip's name or the corp. listed on the contract. Is there another name this may be listed under? Sheriff's office cannot lookup by address. The one thing that makes me believe this, is the manager will not return calls or emails. She did right away earlier in the year. When you call now it goes right to her voice mail.

I was told Peternel Development but the bank IS doing something on the property and supposedly all money has to go through the bank. I'm not sure that it is a foreclosure exactly but the bank is involved.
