this place sucks The landlord is a liar, cheat, theif, and in general scum sucking pig.
I didn't have hot water for 6 weeks.
There are people in the bulding who still do not have hot water, it is now november.
Security is non-existant.
Chip Dolfi is just another pig just taking

Chip is BS I agree with all of the negative ratings that were said about those apartments, mainly because CHIP is the landlord. Chip is the worst landlord and he is not trustworthy or honest, he is a crazy psychopath who threatened my father and then left me a nasty message on my voice mail
