The apartments ARE old, but quite spacious. Lots needs replacing.
Maintenance changed my A/C within 10 min of me calling saying it was broken.
Staff is nice.
Lots of old people and Indian or Pakistanis.
Quiet neighborhood but highway can be noisy.
Hallways get cleaned once a week which is fine. Snow gets cleared even on Christmas day.
Personally, I hold higher standards and need a house but for older people and folks trying to get back on their feet, this place is good for a couple of years.
Close to ALL major highways and towns.
Spaces around windows and a/c are drafty.
Okay, I've changed my mind, I wouldn't move here. there has been a broken window in an apt for over a month now. The resident just came back from vacation in arizona and they told her it had just happened. That's not right.
They just upped our refferal bonus to $400. Man, they must need people yet they just raised my rent. hmm ... I guess they don't want to keep me.
