Okay, this place is just horrible. The maintenance was good, though rude, but the staff are so unfreindly and selfish, rather taking the time to do what they pleased rather than helping the customer or potential renter. If there is any money that is owed, they never send anything out when you move so you have no idea that you owe money until it ends up on your credit report as owing thousands when they send it to a collection agiency WITHOUT NOTICE!! Is that even legal' The grounds were okay. I like the abilty to keep pets, but the rent was just too high for being so close to a friggin highway. School district is okay, but that's about all the nice things I can say for this place. It stinks!
