Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
I have lived in Camp Hill Plaza Apts for 4 years. The apts are very old and the energy prices are very high.The heat bills are more than 150 dollars during the winter.The office staff are not very professional and need to improve themselves.
This place has a big Indian community so you should be OK with indian food smells.
