This IS a beautiful complex, and mainenance is done quickly, but complaints about noise get brushed off and the "three complaints and you're out" policy is not upheld. There is a 11pm to 9am "quiet" time mentioned in the policies, but if you are in a building with 20-somethings, it's noisey all hours of the night at times. It is an expensive place to live if you are paying out of one salary, but the views, pool area, and balcony/porch and big rooms are worth it. Just wish the younger group would be more considerate of others.
