I lived here as a student and picked the place because of the price. Parking is great, access to all major highways, and its location is ideal. However, there are some weird people living in this place. Ideal for a couple/students/singles. The managment is flexible. In this area this is the biggest bang for the buck. You can find nicer, but you will have to pay $800 .
