Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
This apartment complex tried to evict me on the grounds that I make too much noise, even though my neighbors downstairs work 3rd shift hours and I have 2 children. I am a HUD Section 8 voucher holder, and ever since I started school and my rent portion was very low, they started giving me flimsy lease violations. The property managers are rude and in-efficient, as they fail to enter work orders in for maintenance jobs, make mistakes on book keeping and over charge for late rent when rent was on time, among other things. I lived here 5 years, and although I enjoyed it when I lived there at first, I definitely am glad that I am moving on.
