I lived at Fairmount Park for two years and it is anything but fair. I paid my rent every month on time including the last months rent. For some reason they determined the last months payment was late and decided to charge me a late fee. Also, they never told me they considered the payment late and four months after I moved out I received a certified letter with compounded late charges for those four months. Also, there were charges for damages that were already there when I moved in. When I personaly went into the office to speak to managemnt but they blew me off and said "It's in the lawyer's hands". I agree 100% with all the other negative reviews. The management is horrible. They will take advantage of you at every opportunity.

They are crook and wants to rip you off. they mailed you a letter after you moved out and asks for the money for the damaged stuff which was already damaged when I moved in. They never pay you back your security deposit. They have bad rating in BBB...Please Do Not Move In!!!!
