Noise Bad management

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Noise is a major issue,the landscapers outside the indows at 6 am.Cars racing,crime,(my neighbor was robbed in daylight there she was an elderly woman)NOISE there is no such thing as a peaceful nights sleep there.All in all it was a horrible experience.And the management is HORRIBLE
