Maybe I'm a realist, or have had other bad experiences with con-artist landlords, but I really like it here! I have had 0 troubles since moving in with maintence, the office, crazy late fees (admittedly I've been a day or two late on rent from time to time) or anything other than a secure, clean, nice area. I'm not sure if people expect The Ritz when they live in an apartment complex, but I have been nothing but totally happy with Fairmount Park.

I think some people are looking for someone else to blame for their own problems.
