I've read several reviews here about this place .. I don't know what the issue is. This was the first place that accepted my cat and I to move in without trying to jack up the monthly rent. They were VERY helpful when I moved in from the Philadelphia area.

I hear no noise from my neighbors, I am always able to use the laundry machines whenever I need/want to and I (and my guests) always have a parking space regardless of when I get home.

The location is great, takes me 20 minutes to get to where I need to be on Derry street in the AM and a return commute of about 30 minutes in the afternoon from Union Deposit and I-83 Compared to the hour that I had while in Philadelphia.

Now I do admit to only being here a few months but I haven't found much to complain about yet.
