We lived in the new three bedroom apartments 08/05 till 07/06. Maintence was never kept up with. Walls were paper thin and cracking. Management never was in office as stated. A year after we moved out they put on my credit report a bill they said I owe them. They never made any attempts to contact me prior to put it on my bill and then sold my information to a credit bureau. I have tried to contact the Reginal managers and all I get is voice mails. We have contacted the BBB about this and hope to get it resolved. Please reconsider before you move in.
