I have lived at Fairmount for over a year and have just renewed my lease. Management is great, they will help with ANY problems. I once saw the Leasing Manager walk to the bus stop to collect a forgotten brief case by a tenant.

Maintenance is great, the can usually fix ANYTHING within a few hours/or a day.
The place is clean, neat, well maintained, neighbors are nice. The pool is nice and always a friendly staff there as well.

I cannot hear my neighbors, all my appliances are new and work great! I would highly recommend.
