I have lived here for over 15 months and I find it very quiet and secure. As a single, older woman the need for a convient, safe place that takes care of the necessities quickly was important. Twice I've had to call for maintenance items and they were very quick to respond. They've left a note to say they were in the apartment and what they found or did. I find this very helpful as I'm at work during the day and don't get home until the office is closed. The office personnel are very friendly and helpful. Though nothing is perfect. Our building does have some problems with parking especially Sunday nights and the hallways and common areas aren't as clean as I would like. I've had no problems with my neighbors and have found them helpful at times. I think it is a very nice complex and provides the living experience I was looking for at a reasonable cost.
