OLD and bad maangement

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
The apartment are so old that there are gaps in wall where outer air comes in. Also the windlw are single glazed which increases your heating and cooling bills.

Also, The amangement are so rude. had to move out as soon as possible.
