Parking is terrible and is about to get worse. As of May 01, There will no longer be assigned parking spots to residents. It will be first-come-first-served for the extremely limited spaces available.

Heating bills are astronomical as the windows in the unit are single pane and the glazing is either about to fall off or non-existent.

Lastly, my rent, had I stayed another year, would have gone up 20% over what I paid last year, and this with no plans for improvement to the complex.

The value of the apartment was borderline when I moved in... no there is no question; it's not worth it.
