Well, believe it or not, they tried to tell me that my wife wouldn't be allowed to move in once we were married. Yes, to be fair, we got that worked out, but it's just an example of the PMI attitude. Policies far outweigh the real needs of people. The new management is terribly unfriendly and not at all interested in accomodating anyone's particular set of circumstances.
It's sad because the old management was great, that's why i renewed my lease. But now, i'm stuck here because they won't let me leave until May. But by June 1, this will all be a distant memory.
I recommend that NO ONE EVER rent from PMI
