I lived in a third story apartment for a year and a half with no complaints. its a very nice and peaceful place with great location. i got along very well with both landlords and always enjoyed nice walks around the neighborhood. the rent control is a helpful aspect, not to mention a gas stove. the pool is well taken care of and theres a nice, quaint little park thats a great place to just hang out. my only complaint is the parking, there was always difficulty finding a spot close by. Boy, i tell ya, if i hadnt lost my job at the factory, i would try to stay here for years to come.
