My family and I lived in two different apts at Long Meadows. Our neighbors were loud, rude and obnoxious at both places. my wife felt very unsafe and would not walk by herself through the neighborhood. when we moved out; we cleaned our apt spotless but the management said it was unclean. so we didnt' get our security deposit back. the apt was cleaner when we moved out then when we moved in. we also had agreed to pay half a months rent when we moved out since it would be in the middle of the month. when we received our bill we were charged much more than half a months rent. the management is never around after 5pm so if something happens after then forget having it addressed. In the first apt we lived in, our doorknob broke and we couldn't get in. it took maintence 2 hours to come and let us in. the doorknob was still broken.

The same thing happened to my door knob. I had to call off work in order to wait for them to come fix it.
