My family and I have lived in the apartments for more then 8 years now. We stayed with the old management and now the new poor management. They are over charging for CHEAP apartments. These apartments have paper thin walls that can't hold a small framed picture steady and the windows are poorly insolated cause there is no insolation at all just all metal. They are so bad that the slightest wind makes a loud whistle. We've had poor heating. There is now 2 dryers and washers downstairs and if your on the right side of the hallway prepare to have to go out one door and into another during the winter and rain to get leaked on and/or slip on ice. Balconys upstairs leaks down onto porchs downstairs. Poor snow and ice removal and if it rains or the snow is melting there is BAD FLOODING in the parking lot and sidewalk. You live down several hills so you get all the water from the roads up the hills. Don't get the apartments with wooden floors. Expect cracks in walls, melldew and mold in bathroom that is only painted over tub and all. Shared heated water with neighbors and forget trying to get hot water cause there's never any left. Management lets only certain people have salalite TV when Lease says it's not aloud. I'm guessing it's cause they pay more. Explain that'' Management only cares about how much money is going into their pockets and not what the tenents needs are. There is alot of flooding in the basements and the property damage is ridiculous. I swear paint is their answer to every damage cause they don't actually fix the stuff they just paint it. They need to hire more experianced maintenance personal. These apartments have really went downhill and we are moving and I tell you what the list of problems just continues.
