I would have to dissagree with the other three reviews of Marshall Square. My expirience with Marshall Square Apartments have been good
The office staff are very nice and willing to help with problems and listen to concerns. My girlfriend and I live in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. We have had to call the office to have maintance fix certain things in our apartment and they were quick to respond to our needs. The management has started charging residents for quarterly sewer charges. They are charging $72.00 per quarter. This is new to us, but we accepted the new lease and new charges. I do wish the management company would rethink the snow removal policy, but if we owned a home I would have to do all my own snow removal.
