PROS:



They pay for gas heat that you can control, gas cooking, water, sewer and trash.



CONS:



They will not work with you and they are for profit only. Will be moving very soon, however they just don?t have any flexibility in time frame, even after never missing a payment.



Very dissatisfied and would never want anyone to live here. They allow section 8 living, however they did not disclose this to us.



Look elsewhere or move in and find out for your self, not a place to be when you want to get out. Their heating is so outdated you get blasted by 110 degrees in the winter as they do not have any qualified individuals to maintain or fix this.



They only have two maintenance people on staff to manage 180 apartments, what a joke this is. The maintenance personal are nice people and very knowledgeable just can?t maintain 180 units.



They can?t keep a office staff member for more than one year. We just lost the best one they had, because of corporate bull.



Could go on for ever just don?t have the time for it and you get the point. If you don?t believe me move in and find out the hard way like we did.
