Before moving to Florida, I had a lease at Marshall for almost 3 years. For me one of the biggest highlights was the office staff and their flexability. If rent was due Saturday, and I told them about it, I could write a check the following Wednesday and have them "float" it until I was paid and deposited the money that Friday with no late fee.

Was very roomy for a 2 bedroom. Gas heat, stove and hot water heater was very nice and efficient. When I wasnt running the central A/C, electric bills averaged $30a month. Nice, newer carpet. Well maintained,anything you needed was addressed promptly. Located in a quiet suburban community of single family homes near and Elementary School. The East Pennsboro Police patrolled area often and was a presence, I never heard of any criminal activity at all in the 3 years I was there.

The only cons I can think of is that the central A/C units are showing their age as as a result not so efficient. When I had to run them all the time to maintain a temp inside of 73-76 my electric bills got to be in the $115-135 range. The kitchen also had somewhat limited cabinet/pantry space but keep in mind it is an apartment. Also, sometimes the neighbors below could be heard through the walls....but they were very loud people to begin with and it is an apartment, these things can happen anywhere.
