We've lived at Marshall Square for 3 years and the grounds are beautifully kept, the neighbors pleasant and the staff courteous. I enjoy the view from my kitchen window best; a beautiful apple tree. We'd stay another 3 years if our children would just stop growing!
We live in a two bedroom/ two bathroom apartment with wall to wall carpet. Our rent is $840 a month and includes gas. The elementary school is two blocks from our front door and the neighborhood is safe. Many children play outside and ride their bikes and there are 2 playgrounds with in walking distance.
