	if your a indian or black they welcome u./........if ur a hard working american??????? go elsewhere ...kids r not allowed...ther r no skateboards, basketballs,softballs,footballs.golfballs,baseballs, bikes , any playing of any sort on or near the property...........read ur new lease beacause ... more
