I had originally recommended this place when I rated this place a 4 in 2002. It did indeed slowly deteriorate as the new residents moving in were a bit less desirable than those who had lived there for years.

We moved out in 2005, as did 7-8 other families (all in the even numbered units) that we were friends with. It's a shame because for the six years I was there, it was a very nice place.

Anywhere you live there are always people that are going to have different lifestyles. It is a good thing this person moved out. Our community doesn't need closed minded individuals. If a person puts out a negative aura, they will have negativity in return. I Hope this individual moved to the Hamptons. Riverview Heights Apartments have been very nice to my family (and yes we still live there). The staff are very understanding as well. My neighbors are very friendly. The diversity of our neighborhood is refreshing. My 3 year old can say greetings both in Greek and Indian (we speak spanish, english, and tagalog in the house). I believe that the ability of one person to welcome, understand, and be flexible to change has a great impact on the harmony of our community.
