We moved into the complex in June of 2005. We had quiet neighbors, no issues with parking and the area was clean. Over the past few months some people have moved in that have no respect for anyone around them. There is often trash strewn across the lawn and parking lot as well as teenage children outside screaming during the evening hours. I also noticed that during the summer during any given time there were 20-30 chldren at the pool area. In August the complex sent out letters stating you could not use the pool without photo id. Once that memo came out, I saw maybe 2 people at the pool per day. It just goes to show you that alot of people were abusing (and getting away with)using the pool. I also notice lately that random cars are taking up most of the parking spaces in my area. None of the cars belong to tenants. There was recently a problem this winter with pipes freezing as none of the pipes were insulated at all.

It is a decent place for the price, you get alot of space in your townhouse, and I have no complaints if I don't look outside.
