Over priced is the one phrase that comes to mind. Everything looks great in the "model apartment" that they show you but make sure you see an actual apartment durring the evening hours when people are home and you can hear everything possible, including your new neighbors bathroom sounds. Neighbors are VERY unfriendly and think they are in high society not society hill. The pool is the size of a wading pool and they charge $5.00 every time you bring a guest with you, why I don't know because the pool area is not big enough at all to do anything but swim and dry off. The Heating situation is a complete joke. It is heated by a heat pump which does not work well when it is below 30 degrees, they even told me this when I moved in and complained about it being freezing all of the time. The best is when you get your electric bill..... Cable tv in only one room, only phone jacks in the kitchen and the master bedroom, on site maintance is awful also.
