This place is a dump, bottom line. Before you rent here rent a house before the ridiculous rent they charge here. The management is awful it has changed 3 times in the past 9 months. One "manager" I spoke to told me of the "rental summeries" they are required to write about tennants before they are allowed to rent from NPI, which includes criticizing every aspect of you but no worries they will take your money with a flash if you pass the "credit/backgroud check". The facility is full of senior citizens which is OK but they tell you it is a diverse crowd when you sign up so don't be fooled with this one. The walls are paper thin and so are the floors so don't plan on having much fun. Half of the pool was closed the whooe summer beacuse of a problem so 144 appartment unit which were charged over $800 a month were sharing a 10x5 area of a pool. Also if you need to move out early you better be a millionaire because they wan't you to suffer READ YOUR LEASE IN FULL, if you are foolish enough to rent from NPI.
