I have only been in my apartment for a short time but there are things which I already can tell. The water pressure is very bad in the shower. The noise level is much more than I thought it would be based on the construction of the apartments, with a hallway in between every apartment. There is chemical use on the landscaping. They are over priced and aren't not spectacular inside. My unit was clean when I moved in but the appliances were old but working fine. The hallways throughout the building are dingy, dormatory looking and have very noisey or nearly broken doors. It is a seemingly ritzy place which really is not. For the same money you can get a townhome somewhere. I was offered a $60 a month reduction in my rent for the first year (normal rent is $846). I doubt if I stay a second year.
