I live there right now, moved in summer of 2006. This is my first apartment so I am pretty pleased. The lady in the renter's office is pretty nice but the newer one didn't really know a whole lot. Plus, when I asked what my new address would be, she gave me the wrong address and caused some issues with my mail. There's not a whole lot of noise, the only times I hear noise from other apartments is from the place above mine. I don't like the kitchen space - not enough cupboards and the dishwasher is useless. You have to keep the heat up real high in the winter (I currently use 2 comforters on my bed) and the bill is very high. I love having our own washer and dryer. Maintenance always comes quickly when requested. The second bedroom is very small (where I am) and there isn't enough closet space for that room. Water pressure leaves much to be desired in the shower. I do really like the layout of the place. And the grounds are very nice. I like having a balcony and new carpet was put in right before we moved in. The living room is very spacious as well. And finally, they offer a free gym membership for one person per apartment which was kind of nice.
