I read the previous reviews and must admit I don't really find it to be the case. Of course, I really don't have to deal with the management that much. I have my rent automatically deducted from my check so now worries over late fees. The one time I had to call the office to fix my garbage disposal, it was fixed the next day.

My neighbors are all pretty quiet and very friendly. The apartment could be a little better insulated (I can hear my upstairs & downstairs neighbors in the bathroom.) The view from my patio is great to watch the setting sun. I never have a hard time finding a parking place either.

For me, no complaints. Love the apartment & love the location.
