Love the apartment and location! Cant stand the nosy neighbors and all their complaining about everything. The pool and fitness center is a nice added touch. The management (French guy and girl-who-think-she-looks-good) are buffoons. Some outlets in the apartment dont work and continually blow fuses. Parkside has it's highs and lows like everywhere else but some of the dirtball neighbors need to go somewhere (like back to West Virginia). For instance, there's this old man who sits outside on the sidewalk in his lawn chair without his shirt on sunbathing - plus he's probably 65 yrs old (nice visual - thanks old guy) Oh yeah, parking sucks but at least management are trying to accomadate it by constructing a new lot with more spaces. Good job. Other than that, it's a nicce place with too many rugrats running around unsupervised. Rent if you'd like but be prepared for old man river sitting outside with his fat gut hanging out for the world to see.

Your rude now what if the as you say "old man" would read this you would really hurt his feelings that is something that you could of left out you don't need to be mean you'll be 65 yrs old one day and would you stop sunbathing just b/c your 65 if you enjoyed it? besides a little sun at that age is good for your soul. it must make him feel better about himself b/c there are people like you that are judgemental .... BE NICE it takes more energy to be mean than to be nice!!!!!!! :)

WOW!! I can't believe that you are so comfortable to bash so many people, sexes and races!! You must be a real winner. How about if you write down some characteristics about yourself so that the "rugrats, old man river, buffoons and West Virginia dirtballs can tell you what they think of you! Next time you'd like to write a review, try to come across as an educated person that writes ideas well. What I took from your review is that you are lacking respect, full of prejuduce, rude and I question the validity of all you wrote. I feel bad for your neighbors and if I would want to live there I will be sure that it's not near you! So thank you for helping me decide who I would NOT want to live near...YOU!! I feel bad for you and it's obvious that you lack respect for the elderly and don't have children.

Dont worry Mr. Sensitive - I no longer reside there and I guarantee I have more intelligence than you'll ever have. Its funny how angry this post made you - let me guess, you are a hot-head with a bad temper and dont have many friends? I moved from Parkside back in 2008 and, like I previously stated, it wasnt bad. Take my experiences their as you want but remember to take your chill pill and put the RedBull down beofre the steam from your ears sets the fire alarms off Jerky.
