Management is extremely rude and difficult to deal with. I could go into detail, but I am currently a resident and the contract clearly states that they can evict you WITHOUT NOTIFICATION for being rude to the staff. Unfortunatley, I didn't catch that part OR the section that states you waive all Tennant Rights by moving in.
One more note, the contract also cleary states that they management is not responsible for other residents, so if you have a loud or annoying neighbor, management will not get involved.
You are respsonsible for all maintenance here such as shoveling ice on your sidewalk AND the driveway, changing all filters and lightbulbs, even though you pay a monthly maintenance fee.
