Extremely convienent to the US Army War College. Staff is friendly and approachable. About half of residents are students or faculty at Army War College. Building is older but reasonably well maintained. Some appartments are newly renovated and quite nice. Unrenovated appartments show some wear and tear but are serviceable. Laundry rooms are coin operated in the basement. Air conditioning is by single window unit - not really adequate on hottest days, but there are only a few of those in Pennsylvania.
