	Extremely convienent to the US Army War College. Staff is friendly and approachable. About half of residents are students or faculty at Army War College. Building is older but reasonably well maintained. Some appartments are newly renovated and quite nice. ... more

	So convenient to AWC--right across the street. Walk to class, restaurants and downtown shops. Many fellow AWC students will be your neighbors. Management is great and security not a problem.
