Though these apartments are nice and the owners are trying to improve...painting, new paving in parking lot, still a great deal of work needs to be done.

The office manager is willing to work on complaints.

General noise the usual in any apartment.

Needs new insallation in the walls and new windows would be greatly appreciated.
