Elwood Gardens for the one year that i lived there was a very nice place. I had a spacious 1 bedroom deluxe. Heat and water included in the rent. A/c in the living below the large bay window that let in lots of light. Lots of closets/storage. Friendly neighbores. Friendly and attentive property staff. Large central courtyard was nice in the spring and summer. Road noise for being in town was not all that bad....All the buildings are set back from the road by front yards with mature trees. Parking was never an issue...There's alot! Everything(Walmart, Wendy's, downtown, and everything else for that matter) is conveniently close! Only reason I moved was to be closer to my job in Harrisburg.
