Tenants are low class.
Tenants are nebby and nose into everyone's business.
Lots of drinking and drugs.
People with noisy kids.
Elderly people who play their TV blaring at all hours of the night.
Custodial help....he drinks and drinks and drinks.
You would be better off at the Carnegie Towers.

I agree. Ever since the so-called custodial help entered the building, it went downhill FAST! BEWARE of a tenant named NANCY who is a gossipy old witch!
