I have lived here for two years now. Maintainence is nonexistant, maintainence personnel seem to leave after only a few months. Repeated calls for service go ignored, we are currently waiting for 4 months for a roof leak repair. A railing repair request has also gone unanswered.
Basement steps have pulled away from the wall and an accidental fall seems eminent.

New in the mix is a mandate that a water bill will be issued to each resident. When my lease was signed there was no stipulation for any utility costs other than electric. Trash is regularly all over the parking lots and our car has been broken into twice. Run don't walk away from this place.
